Responsibilities
Lead the creation and execution of 4P strategy (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) tailored to local market dynamics.
Ensure product readiness and drive performance through targeted execution and sales enablement.
Collaborate with regional and global category, marketing, and channel teams to ensure alignment with broader business goals.
Ensure product readiness for launch execution of ARM-based Consumer products in the country.
Define performance targets by route-to-market and strategic partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and execution capabilities.
Requirements
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 7+ years of work experience, preferably in business development, sales, marketing, product marketing, product design, or a related field.
A deep understanding of the Consumer PC industry, including market trends, emerging technologies, and consumer segments.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, such as product development, sales, and creative.
Strong project management skills to effectively coordinate and prioritize multiple marketing initiatives, ensuring timely execution and successful campaign implementation.
Proficiency in developing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored specifically to the market.
Strong analytical abilities to gather and interpret market data, consumer insights, and performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making and optimize sales and marketing campaigns.
Fluent German and English skills.
