About the role

  • Business Development Representative generating leads to drive Meltwater's growth strategy. Conducting outreach and collaborating with global BDR teams in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive outreach to generate new leads
  • Run initial meetings to understand opportunities
  • Qualify leads based on prospects' current situation
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team
  • Maintain accurate CRM prospecting data
  • Respond to inbound leads and engage in conversations
  • Secure and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Monitor, track, and report on lead generation metrics
  • Provide regular updates to the BDR Manager

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred
  • Proven experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to align with Marketing strategies
  • Keen interest in learning and adaptability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Willingness to embrace the best of both worlds with a hybrid work schedule
  • Legally able to work in the country of hire
