About the role

  • Business Development Representative at Cin7 targeting modern brands for inventory management solutions. Engaging directly with founders in a phone-first, outbound-focused role in North America.

Responsibilities

  • Make 3–4 hours of calls/day
  • Drive outbound pipeline and revenue growth in North America
  • Work cold outbound, closed-lost accounts, recycled opps, and web-engaged leads
  • Execute on prioritized accounts delivered by our Clay-powered tiering system
  • Move prospects from “not thinking about it” to “tell me more”
  • Help test messaging across industries, use cases, and competitive takeouts

Requirements

  • Strong skills on the phone: confident, clear, engaging
  • Comfortability with volume: repetition energizes you and you optimize it
  • Persuasiveness: you can create urgency and reframe priorities
  • Coachable disposition + resiliency: rejection doesn’t derail your week
  • Outcome-driven mentality: you care about meetings booked + pipeline created
