Responsibilities
You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best candidates.
Your main responsibilities include all aspects of hiring, from aligning with hiring managers to writing job descriptions to making offering job offers to the best candidates.
Writing Job descriptions & posting to relevant suitable channels.
Source potential candidates on tech specific platforms and others like Github, stack-overflow and LinkedIn as well as other onsite methods like meetups, events and others.
Screening applicants for competency of job vacancy requirements.
Arranging and conducting phone and interviews with different methods (structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
Achieving hiring KPIs as well as introducing new relevant ones.
Following and optimizing our hiring process.
Working with managers and other robustians to arrange and sponsor tech events.
Working with other HR team members on employer branding strategies for sourcing & attracting top notch candidates.
Pitching robusta to candidates & finalizing job offers negotiations.
Requirements
