About the role

Responsibilities
- Communicate with candidates in both French and English with excellent written and verbal proficiency
- Provide high-quality customer service and act as the first point of contact for candidate inquiries

- Ensure all onboarding processes meet internal governance standards and Canadian employment law requirements
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update statuses within Bullhorn
- Use AI-driven tools to support communication, follow-up, and workflow efficiency
- Partner with recruiters and account managers to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Escalate compliance or documentation concerns when needed
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English (spoken and written required)
- 2–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in staffing, HR, or professional services
- Strong understanding of compliance, governance, and Canadian employment standards
- Experience with Bullhorn or another applicant tracking system (ATS) is an asset
- Comfort using AI tools to support communication and workflow tasks
- University degree preferred (Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field)
- Excellent interpersonal skills: outgoing, friendly, and able to build rapport quickly
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
