Responsibilities
Communicate with candidates in both French and English with excellent written and verbal proficiency
Provide high-quality customer service and act as the first point of contact for candidate inquiries
Support candidate onboarding, including documentation collection, employment verification, and compliance forms
Ensure all onboarding processes meet internal governance standards and Canadian employment law requirements
Maintain accurate candidate records and update statuses within Bullhorn
Use AI-driven tools to support communication, follow-up, and workflow efficiency
Partner with recruiters and account managers to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Escalate compliance or documentation concerns when needed
Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment
Requirements
Bilingual proficiency in French and English (spoken and written required)
2–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in staffing, HR, or professional services
Strong understanding of compliance, governance, and Canadian employment standards
Experience with Bullhorn or another applicant tracking system (ATS) is an asset
Comfort using AI tools to support communication and workflow tasks
University degree preferred (Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field)
Excellent interpersonal skills: outgoing, friendly, and able to build rapport quickly
