About the role

  • Associate Account Manager responsible for tasks directed by the Client Service team, ensuring data integrity and supporting client interactions. Role includes processing requests and supporting retention goals.

Responsibilities

  • Issuance of renewal of mid-term Certificates or Auto ID cards
  • Policy, Endorsement and Audit checking and processing
  • Generate requests for invoices on policies, endorsements, or audits and ordering loss runs
  • Provide support in document preparation, such as Proposals, Renewal Packets, Loss Summary Analysis
  • Update the system of record to properly reflect conversations, communications, and policy documentation
  • Perform the first review for Quote checking
  • Participate in New Business activity as requested and actively support retention goals
  • Follow procedures for maintaining documentation to mitigate E&O

Requirements

  • Proven organizational skills
  • Ability to follow process and procedures guidance
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to display tact and poise under pressure when working through issues
  • Good communication
  • Ability to work efficiently in teams
  • Hold, or willing to obtain, Insurance licenses as required by the Company
