About the role

  • Senior Enterprise IT Sales Account Manager managing enterprise-level customers in Cyber Security, Cloud, and Infrastructure services. Supporting high-value IT projects in a trusted advisor role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise and strategic accounts.
  • Build long-term relationships with C-level executives, CIOs, CISOs, IT Directors, and procurement teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on IT strategy, security posture, cloud adoption, and infrastructure modernization.
  • Identify customer needs across:
  • Cyber Security (SOC, SIEM, MDR, IAM, Network Security, Endpoint, Compliance)
  • Cloud Services (IaaS, PaaS, Hybrid Cloud, Cloud Security, Migration)
  • Infrastructure (Networks, Data Centers, Servers, Storage, Virtualization)
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from discovery and solution design to negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver tailored enterprise solutions.
  • Identify new enterprise opportunities within existing accounts and new target customers.
  • Develop account plans, pipeline forecasts, and revenue strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver high-level technical and commercial presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and commercial terms.
  • Achieve and exceed enterprise sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting via CRM.
  • Maintain and expand technical and commercial knowledge in Cyber Security, Cloud, and Infrastructure.
  • Achieve and maintain relevant vendor or sales certifications aligned with company offerings.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of proven experience in Enterprise IT Sales / Account Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong background selling Cyber Security, Cloud, or Infrastructure solutions
  • Experience managing complex, high-value enterprise deals
  • Relevant IT / Security / Cloud Sales certifications (or willingness to obtain)
  • Solid understanding of:
  • Enterprise IT architectures
  • Network & infrastructure concepts
  • Cloud platforms & services
  • Cyber Security principles and frameworks
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong consultative selling & negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen.
  • Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working with CRM tools and sales reporting.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable operating at enterprise level.
