Responsibilities

  • Process and manage files related to employee careers, administrative positions and absenteeism
  • Prepare and draft administrative and regulatory documents
  • Act as a liaison with relevant organizations and administrative authorities
  • Inform employees and services
  • Enter payroll-related data for assigned staff
  • Review and proofread payroll
  • Complete monthly, quarterly and annual social contribution declarations
  • Execute payroll and social charges payment orders

Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of the territorial public service status
  • Experience in career management and payroll within a local authority
  • Experience with CIRIL RH and CIRIL Finances software
  • Strong analytical and summarizing skills and excellent written communication
  • Proficiency with standard IT tools and office software
  • Strict adherence to deadlines and timelines
  • Ability to anticipate needs, set priorities and react promptly
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good interpersonal skills
