About the role

  • People Operations Coordinator at Brabners, a law firm, providing HR support in Manchester. Responsible for managing HR queries, onboarding, and colleague benefits in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the central support hub for all colleague and Manager queries across the organisation
  • Manage our People inbox and ensuring responses are timely, accurate and helpful
  • Prepare contracts and process employment changes; keeping employment records accurate
  • Ensure our policies and People information are up to date and accessible
  • Deliver seamless onboarding and induction experiences for new starters
  • Administer colleague benefits (healthcare benefits, flexible working requests, additional leave, etc.)
  • Support People Business Partners, Advisors and the wider team with projects, including the implementation of our new HRIS
  • Complete all reference requests for leavers
  • Support the People Team with projects
  • Provide insight to help improve and elevate the People experience

Requirements

  • Previous experienced in HR Administrator position
  • Studying CIPD Level 3 would be advantageous
  • Detail ‑ driven with strong organisational skills
  • Confident using HR systems (experience with Sage People is a bonus)
  • A clear communicator, both written and verbal
  • Warm, approachable and great at building relationships
  • Curious, adaptable and eager to learn
  • A natural team player with a can ‑ do mindset
