Responsibilities
Act as the central support hub for all colleague and Manager queries across the organisation
Manage our People inbox and ensuring responses are timely, accurate and helpful
Prepare contracts and process employment changes; keeping employment records accurate
Ensure our policies and People information are up to date and accessible
Deliver seamless onboarding and induction experiences for new starters
Administer colleague benefits (healthcare benefits, flexible working requests, additional leave, etc.)
Support People Business Partners, Advisors and the wider team with projects, including the implementation of our new HRIS
Complete all reference requests for leavers
Support the People Team with projects
Provide insight to help improve and elevate the People experience
Requirements
Previous experienced in HR Administrator position
Studying CIPD Level 3 would be advantageous
Detail ‑ driven with strong organisational skills
Confident using HR systems (experience with Sage People is a bonus)
A clear communicator, both written and verbal
Warm, approachable and great at building relationships
Curious, adaptable and eager to learn
A natural team player with a can ‑ do mindset
