- Analyst in the Data Science, AI, and Projects team within People Analytics at NTT DATA. Focused on delivering advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions to business problems.
Responsibilities
- Support delivery of cross-functional and cross-departmental projects within the People Analytics COE
- Identify and apply opportunities to use AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI in analytics workflows, business problem-solving, and stakeholder delivery
- Contribute to embedding AI-driven approaches into the People Analytics function, including automation, insight generation, narrative creation, and scalable analytical solutions
- Conduct hypothesis testing, exploratory analysis, and insight generation to solve business problems
- Execute bespoke analytics requests independently with strong ownership and quality
- Maintain strong quality standards in analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in analytics, people analytics, business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, and Python
- Demonstrated interest in or exposure to AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, or machine learning applications in analytics or business environments
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders.
