Responsibilities
Welcome, support and guide applicants for social housing (in-person and by phone)
Update housing application files in the PELEHAS application
Organize and schedule meetings
Prepare and follow up on CALEOL, inter-landlord and partnership meetings
Prepare the housing elected official’s office hours (invitations, data verification, etc.) and provide follow-up
Draft various administrative documents (letters, memos, minutes)
Review family reunification application files
Manage and track correspondence and the service activity dashboards
Filing and archiving
Requirements
Secondary school diploma (Baccalauréat) or equivalent preferred
Rigor and strong organizational skills
Good communication skills and active listening
Strong public-service orientation and ability to work across departments
Strong writing skills
Professional discretion and punctuality
Ability to organize work and prioritize tasks
Ability to adapt, analyze and handle unexpected situations

Proficient with computer and office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of the PELEHAS application is a plus
Knowledge of the organization and functioning of local authorities
