Responsibilities
Work with the Client Executive to execute equipment and basic services strategy within assigned accounts.
Independently lead customer engagements, meetings, and opportunity development—leveraging SMEs and other resources to position, propose, and close deals.
Efficiently qualify opportunities and develop proposals that meet or exceed customer requirements.
Craft and position the Ricoh portfolio to best fit customer needs.
Assess customer fit, requirements, and financial affordability.
Lead pricing, proposals, and negotiation processes.
Propose, sell, and deliver profitable core equipment and basic services.
Collaborate with matrixed teams to ensure high‑quality deliverables for clients.
Build trust, confidence, and influence with clients through effective collaboration.
Clearly articulate Ricoh’s industry positioning and value proposition.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
5–10 years of experience selling into Fortune 5000 companies.
Proven consultative selling skills.
