About the role

  • Manager of Commercial Learning & Development driving coaching and performance for luxury retail brand Cartier. Enhancing sales techniques and guest experience through targeted training and development.

Responsibilities

  • The role develops the boutique team’s skillset through coaching to elevate guest experiences
  • Drive performance improvement and enhance the Cartier brand via the coaching of sales and service teams
  • Align coaching with commercial priorities and KPIs like driving sales and client experience
  • Craft boutique visit agendas and priorities using performance data trends
  • Provide feedback to leaders to enhance communication and elevate learning moments
  • Complete post-visit boutique reports summarizing coaching goals and progress
  • Support boutique leadership development through coaching the coach
  • Use data metrics to track coaching impact on key commercial priorities
  • Partner quarterly with commercial leaders to analyze coaching plans and impact
  • Communicate to Corporate L&D team on training needs and dynamics
  • Facilitate in-boutique training on selling skills and client development
  • Foster a robust learning culture within each boutique

Requirements

  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Business acumen with an ability to read and infer meaning from sales reports
  • Ability to create strong cross-functional relationships that build trust and credibility with a diverse team
  • Self-awareness and ability to adapt interpersonal communication style
  • Four or more years solid coaching experience in a sales environment
  • Ability to develop and deliver original presentations
  • Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Background in luxury retail is a plus
  • Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • College degree in a related area is a plus
  • Ability to accommodate 80% - 90% Travel
