About the role

  • Coordinator of Planning in charge of projects and managing people at Riachuelo. Aiming positive impacts in fashion and credit sectors within the Brazilian market.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Lead and coordinate multiple simultaneous projects and requests, ensuring deadlines, priorities, and high-impact deliverables;
  • Operational Standardization: Design, implement, and consolidate scalable operating models (the "franchise" concept) to ensure consistency across all business units;
  • Team Training: Develop training paths and technical development programs for the direct team and for frontline teams;
  • Strategic Vision: Operate with a systemic view, translating business directives into tactical operational execution;
  • Stakeholder Interface: Maintain a consultative relationship with internal clients, ensuring that financial product guidelines are applied with excellence;
  • People Management: Directly lead a team of approximately 5 people in a fast-paced environment focused on performance and continuous transformation.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. Postgraduate studies or an MBA in Project Management or Business are considered a plus;
  • Technical Experience: Solid experience in process modeling, project management (PMO), and implementation of pilot projects;
  • Management Skills: Proven experience in directly leading teams and developing successors;
  • Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint for executive presentations are essential);
  • Availability for increased on-site presence during the initial weeks for immersion and onboarding;
  • Differentials: Experience in the banking or financial services sector; knowledge of Power BI (reading KPIs) and Azure Planner;
  • Impeccable organization, discipline, and a focus on structuring processes;
  • 'Hands-on' profile with high energy, ownership, and initiative;
  • Strong ability to mobilize, communicate with, and engage diverse audiences;
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model, with 2 to 3 days per week on-site at headquarters in Butantã (SP).
