About the role

Responsibilities

  • Write and post job ads on appropriate channels
  • Screen and shortlist applications
  • Conduct interviews and recommend top candidates to clients
  • Coordinate meetings with client companies
  • Monitor recruitment processes and KPIs
  • Support new hires through onboarding
  • Handle administrative tasks related to candidate, employee, client, and vendor files
  • Prospect new client companies (emails, calls, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Present RHUbique's services and identify collaboration opportunities
  • Contribute to developing strategies to increase the number of mandates/projects
  • Collaborate with the internal team to optimize recruitment, business development, and administrative processes

Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment or a strong interest in the field
  • Experience or a strong interest in business development
  • Excellent command of French and good understanding of English
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools (ATS, interview platforms, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail in file management and performance tracking
  • Comfortable communicating with clients and presenting HR services
  • A people-oriented, results-driven, and collaborative approach
