About the role

  • Customer Success Analyst managing client relationships in a construction tech firm. Driving customer onboarding, usage adoption, and proactive account management strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients with a focus on client relationship management;
  • Drive onboarding and ongoing customer success journeys;
  • Promote adoption and increase product usage among customers;
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the portfolio;
  • Proactively manage accounts to reduce churn;
  • Manage crises and coordinate action plans;
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress;
  • Preferably a degree in Civil Engineering;
  • Experience in Customer Success;
  • Experience in technology companies, preferably SaaS;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
