About the role

  • Assistente Administrativo para backoffice na área de serviço técnico. Trabalhando com SAP e controle de pedidos na empresa global de diagnóstico in vitro Werfen.

Responsibilities

  • Record and enter requests from the Technical Assistance team into the SAP system
  • Assist with inventory control of parts and tools alongside engineers and external technical support providers
  • Assist with the management of technical service calls via SAP
  • Support the management of the installed base of equipment and peripherals through telephone support, preparation of purchase order quotations, customer communications, and provide assistance to internal and external teams by email

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration or related fields
  • Experience in administrative roles, data and information control, and customer service for internal and external stakeholders in dynamic/process-driven environments
  • Familiarity with SAP and/or CRM systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (intermediate)
  • English (preferred)
