Responsibilities
Own the Market: Lead and accelerate bsport’s growth across the UK, driving revenue and shaping expansion strategies for boutique fitness and wellness businesses.
Build a Winning Team: Hire, coach, and develop Account Executives, creating a high-performance, results-driven sales culture.
Set the Strategy: Define and execute the UK go-to-market strategy, sales playbooks, positioning, and local initiatives with strong autonomy.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to align strategy, influence roadmap decisions, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Be the Local Voice: Represent bsport internally and externally in the UK, contributing to brand awareness and long-term market positioning.
Requirements
5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with proven experience managing SMB-focused Sales Teams.
A strong track record of hitting revenue targets and scaling sales teams in fast-growth environments.
Hands-on sales leadership experience beyond SDR teams-you’ve led AEs or full commercial teams.
Experience selling into the UK market, with a solid understanding of its SMB SaaS landscape.
An entrepreneurial, strategic, and data-driven mindset, comfortable owning decisions and building structure where none exists.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and scale high-performing teams.
