Develop a comprehensive functional and technical understanding of the core solutions offered by the org, with a focus on their AI tools.
Develop and deliver instructional content and live training events for implementation partners and internal resources focused on configuration.
Develop and deliver customized training programs for end users and system administrators based on the unique needs of each client org.
Review product documentation to determine gaps and create plan for external and internal facing documentation.
Develop and maintain onboarding and certification programs for clients and partners.
Assist in configuring, monitoring, and evolving an LMS.
Requirements
**Experience **
Experience with Salesforce and demonstrated technical aptitude with Salesforce.
Experience working with AI tools.
Experience creating technical documentation and job aides.
Experience delivering live training (virtual and/or in person).
Excellent written, verbal, and oral communication with experience making presentations to major stakeholders.
Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally with a SaaS product (or similarly complex product).
Flexibility to travel with limited notice up to 25% of the time.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Strong Salesforce background and an interest in growing technical skills; SF credentials not required but a plus.

Salary - The estimated base salary range for this role is $75,000-85,000. You will also be offered a bonus and benefits.
