About the role

  • Global VP of Sales driving global sales strategy and managing an international sales team for a fast-growing SaaS startup. Implementing sales culture and aligning teams around revenue goals.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic business partner to the CEO.
  • Define and execute the global sales strategy.
  • Own sales development, pipeline generation, forecasting, revenue targets, and performance metrics.
  • Drive ARR growth through direct sales, channel partnerships, and strategic alliances.
  • Directly manage the global sales team.
  • Implement high-performance sales culture with clear KPIs and accountability.
  • Ensure pipeline coverage, conversion efficiency, and predictable forecasting.
  • Strengthen and expand channel partnerships and strategic vendor relationships.
  • Oversee complex enterprise and MSP sales cycles in global markets.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop top sales and revenue talent.
  • Create a culture of urgency, ownership, and daily execution.
  • Align Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success around revenue goals.

Requirements

  • Maximum of 10-15 years of sales experience - MUST
  • Proven experience as VP Sales in a startup and fast-scaling environment - MUST
  • Strong background in Networking / IT infrastructure fields, or related enterprise tech domains - MUST
  • Experience scaling revenue from early stage traction
  • Experience managing international small-medium size teams
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex enterprise deals personally
  • Startup DNA: autonomous, proactive, execution-driven
  • Prior experience reporting directly to general management or CEO
