About the role

  • Team Leader Sales leading a high-performing Benelux sales team in Madrid. Fostering a dynamic, hybrid work environment prioritizing team motivation and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Drive your team to hit KPIs like conversion rates, cross-selling, and revenue targets
  • Conduct regular call listening and 1-to-1 sessions to develop sales techniques and objection handling
  • Handle schedules, holiday requests, and absenteeism in collaboration with planning teams
  • Manage workloads and queues to meet service level agreements
  • Prepare monthly incentives to keep motivation sky-high
  • Work closely with Training, Quality, and HR to constantly improve our processes

Requirements

  • Native Dutch or Flemish, plus a high level of English and Spanish
  • At least 2 years of experience leading sales teams in target-driven environments
  • Expert in Excel and PowerPoint, with knowledge of Power BI
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a solutions-focused approach
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders
