About the role

  • Merchant Operations Specialist in a global leader of employee engagement benefits. Supporting merchant operations and content management for various platforms and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver team BAU tasks and SLA's, ensuring accuracy and business standards across our Discounts, Rewards, and SELECT platforms.
  • Update and maintain departmental CRM and documents
  • Resolve global merchant queries, incidents and reconciliation
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Support the team Managers, Leads and Senior Merchant Operations Specialist on special projects and tasks that are outside of BAU day-to-day job responsibilities to help achieve team annual KPI's and quarterly OKR's

Requirements

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Open to learning and adapting to new challenges.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Suite, and operational systems.
  • Process-driven and eager to contribute to team success.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to escalate issues appropriately
