Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in operations, deployment, or project management, ideally involving physical installations (hardware, design, architecture, or experiential environments).
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with a high attention to detail.
- Aesthetic and spatial sensitivity (you notice alignment, lighting, and the small details that elevate a space).
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Experience managing vendors, installers, or technical contractors.
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Notion, or similar).
- Comfort working with HR and legal systems (e.g. Rippling, Docusign, Gusto).
- A balance of strategic foresight and day-to-day execution drive.
