About the role

  • Learning & Development Specialist at Revau, focusing on skills development and training content for the insurance sector. Role includes collaborating with HR and operational teams to enhance internal expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Make training simple, effective and practical: design field-focused, needs-driven content (e-learning, microlearning modules, guides, quizzes)
  • Accelerate skill development and support growth: co-create with HR Business Partners and operational teams a structured training offering (catalog, role-based learning paths), identify skill gaps, prioritize initiatives, define simple standards and facilitate on-the-job transfer
  • Simplify and strengthen the training experience in our LMS: manage the calendar, handle enrollments and cohorts, orchestrate communications, perform follow-ups and produce reports that enable fast, informed decisions
  • Support expansion and change adoption: speed up onboarding and support transformation initiatives (e.g., projects, integrations, acquisitions) through learning paths, milestones, templates, storyboards, scripts and train-the-trainer approaches

Requirements

  • University degree in a related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in learning and development: content design (e-learning, microlearning modules, guides, quizzes) and deployment of learning paths, ideally within the insurance industry
  • Experience coordinating training: managing calendars, cohorts, communications, follow-ups and reporting
  • Comfortable with an LMS (administration, courses/learning paths, reporting, user support), ideally Workleap
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with rigorous follow-through
  • Excellent collaboration skills and clear communication
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and content-creation tools; knowledge of Guidewire is an asset
  • Comfortable working with data (metrics, dashboards, recommendations)
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Bilingual (French and English) required, both spoken and written, to design content and support stakeholders in both languages
