Requirements
Significant experience within the insurance industry
Experience across two or more disciplines: Leadership, Team Development, Training Delivery, Classroom Facilitation, or Curriculum Development
Demonstrable experience in project management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in both virtual and in-person environments
