Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Claims leadership teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality training
  • Shape learning programmes and facilitate classroom-based and virtual training sessions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain long-term learning strategies
  • Manage training projects ensuring on-time, within budget delivery
  • Evaluate programme effectiveness and present recommendations

Requirements

  • Significant experience within the insurance industry
  • Experience across two or more disciplines: Leadership, Team Development, Training Delivery, Classroom Facilitation, or Curriculum Development
  • Demonstrable experience in project management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in both virtual and in-person environments
  • BONUS: Experience creating content using Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate Rise and Storyline 360, Camtasia and other eLearning resources
