About the role

  • Design and implement high quality blended learning solutions for TD's business priorities. Collaborate on instructional frameworks and evaluate program impacts while ensuring accessibility and diversity.

Responsibilities

  • Design high quality, multi-approach blended learning and performance solutions
  • Contribute to the design of learning and development programs including prototypes and narrative scripts
  • Recommend effective blending of instructor-led and web-based learning
  • Deliver multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity
  • Ensure accessibility and principles of diversity in learning solutions
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert in instructional design

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Post graduate education in Adult Learning & Development preferred
  • 5+ years related experience
  • Certification in Instructional Technology/Human Performance Technology preferred
