Responsibilities
Design high quality, multi-approach blended learning and performance solutions
Contribute to the design of learning and development programs including prototypes and narrative scripts
Recommend effective blending of instructor-led and web-based learning
Deliver multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity
Ensure accessibility and principles of diversity in learning solutions
Act as Subject Matter Expert in instructional design
Requirements
Undergraduate degree
Post graduate education in Adult Learning & Development preferred
5+ years related experience
Certification in Instructional Technology/Human Performance Technology preferred
