About the role

  • Senior Recruiter managing recruitment efforts for Restaurant365's corporate team. Scaling hiring initiatives across Mexico and the United States in a fully English-speaking environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead searches and hiring initiatives in Mexico and the United States using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and targeted outreach strategies
  • Conduct candidate outreach, engagement, and screening calls primarily in English, with Spanish as needed for Mexico-based candidates
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for corporate, technical, and professional roles across multiple locations.
  • Advise leaders on market conditions, talent availability, role scoping, and hiring trade-offs.
  • Partner closely with Restaurant365 hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
  • Screen candidates for skills, experience, communication ability, and cultural alignment
  • Track candidate activity, pipeline progress, and outcomes accurately in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Coordinate interviews across time zones and support the end-to-end recruiting process as needed
  • Deliver a high-quality, professional candidate experience aligned with Restaurant365’s employer brand
  • Meet or exceed sourcing and recruiting KPIs, including response rates, pipeline health, and time-to-fill support
  • Identify trends and drive systemic improvements to recruiting effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Present insights and recommendations to TA leadership and senior stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with HRBPs, Finance, and business leaders on workforce planning and hiring priorities.
  • Influence TA roadmap and vendor/platform evaluations through hands-on expertise.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and strategic candidate sourcing, supporting both corporate and technical roles.
  • Experience recruiting for U.S.-based and international roles
  • Strong hands-on sourcing skills such as OCCMundial, LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct structured, consultative candidate assessments, evaluating skills, experience, and alignment with business needs
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent requisitions in fast-paced environments while maintaining quality and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Strong experience partnering directly with hiring managers, providing guidance on role scoping, market conditions, candidate profiles, and hiring strategy.
  • Ability to conduct structured candidate screens and assess role fit
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
  • Fluent, professional-level English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced proficiency working with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or similar)
  • Familiarity with recruiting practices, labor considerations, and candidate markets in both Mexico and the U.S.
