Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
Minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in sourcing, supplier management, or supply chain leadership.
Proven track record of portfolio management across complex product lines, balancing cost, quality, and speed to market.
Strong expertise in strategic sourcing and supplier engagement, including contract negotiations and supplier performance management.
Demonstrated ability to drive lifecycle engineering and value optimization through commercial leverage and supplier innovation.
Skilled in agile execution and delivery at scale, ensuring alignment with NPI and lifecycle product needs.
Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics and digital tools to inform sourcing strategies and business outcomes.
Full people-leadership experience, including recruitment, coaching, and performance management.
Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, PMP, Six Sigma) preferred.
Global sourcing experience in a regulated industry (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or high-tech manufacturing) preferred.
Experience driving supplier innovation, digital transformation, and risk management initiatives preferred.
