Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in sourcing, supplier management, or supply chain leadership.
- Proven track record of portfolio management across complex product lines, balancing cost, quality, and speed to market.
- Strong expertise in strategic sourcing and supplier engagement, including contract negotiations and supplier performance management.
- Demonstrated ability to drive lifecycle engineering and value optimization through commercial leverage and supplier innovation.
- Skilled in agile execution and delivery at scale, ensuring alignment with NPI and lifecycle product needs.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics and digital tools to inform sourcing strategies and business outcomes.
- Full people-leadership experience, including recruitment, coaching, and performance management.
- Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, PMP, Six Sigma) preferred.
- Global sourcing experience in a regulated industry (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or high-tech manufacturing) preferred.
- Experience driving supplier innovation, digital transformation, and risk management initiatives preferred.
