About the role

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the team to ensure our market in Mexico is growing and thriving
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with B2B clients, such as solar installers and heat pump installers
  • Utilize multiple channels for customer acquisition, focusing on outbound calls and trade shows
  • Drive Reonic’s growth by identifying and strategizing new projects and partnerships
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements

  • Native Spanish proficiency required
  • Passion for software sales in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other types of lead generation tools is highly desirable
  • Based in Sao Paulo, with a strong understanding of the Mexican and LATAM markets
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities in Spanish and English
