Responsibilities
Execute annual pricing uplift processes across assigned APAC markets, including modelling, recommendations and stakeholder support
Provide pricing analysis and commercial insights to support deal reviews, discount approvals and customer negotiations
Self-source, extract and analyse data using tools such as Databricks, Python and advanced Excel to inform pricing decisions
Support strategic pricing initiatives such as segmentation, bundling and packaging updates across APAC
Partner with Sales, Product, Finance and Sales Operations to ensure effective implementation of pricing strategies
Maintain pricing governance and compliance, ensuring policies, approval workflows and system data are applied accurately
Contribute to ongoing improvement of regional pricing tools, reporting and commercial capability
Requirements
4+ years’ experience in pricing, commercial strategy, commercial finance or analytical roles
Experience working across multi-country APAC markets
Strong analytical capability with the ability to independently source, analyse and interpret data
Advanced Excel skills; experience using data platforms or analytics tools (e.g. Databricks, Python, Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous
A consulting-style approach with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct P&L ownership
Strong communication skills, able to translate pricing insights into clear commercial recommendations
Experience in B2B, SaaS, subscription or information services environments is advantageous
