Responsibilities

  • Prospect new clients and identify opportunities in the technology market.
  • Understand client needs and propose appropriate hardware, software, services, or infrastructure solutions.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and product/service presentations.
  • Conduct technical demonstrations (in partnership with the technical team, when necessary).
  • Negotiate commercial terms, timelines, and contracts to achieve sales targets and profitability.
  • Maintain post-sales relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor market trends, new products, and technologies.
  • Update the CRM with information on opportunities, contacts, and the status of negotiations.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure the delivery of complete solutions.

Requirements

  • Technical or higher education in IT, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology sector (hardware, software, cloud, managed services, etc.).
  • Knowledge of infrastructure solutions, networking, information security, cloud computing, or enterprise systems is a plus.
