About the role

  • Growth Marketing Manager driving customer acquisition and pipeline growth for Relay Commerce's Messaging division. Focusing on data-driven marketing programs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer acquisition, pipeline growth, and product adoption through scalable, data-driven marketing programs.
  • Own and optimize key growth levers across demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and go-to-market execution.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to translate strategy into measurable growth.
  • Execute multi-channel growth programs including content, paid acquisition, SEO, email marketing, cold email outreach, and account-based marketing.
  • Build and improve lifecycle programs that support the full customer journey, from acquisition through onboarding, activation, and expansion.
  • Ensure content and campaigns align with Messaging product positioning and customer needs.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing roles.
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally within e-commerce tools or the Shopify ecosystem.
  • Experience marketing to SMB and mid-market customers, with an understanding of how DTC founders and operators evaluate and buy software.
  • Hands-on experience executing and optimizing campaigns across multiple channels.
