You will develop holistic funnel and CRM strategies that efficiently convert leads into sales-ready opportunities.
You rely on measurable, test-driven approaches and bring strong stakeholder management skills.
You work closely with your team and other departments to ensure sustainable growth and to execute successful campaigns.
Building and scaling lead channels: You are responsible for building new lead channels beyond classic performance marketing, e.g., via job boards, referral programs, communities, events, or partnerships.
Monitoring Customer Acquisition Costs: You will reduce Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC) through smart lead acquisition, effective pre-qualification, and efficient handovers.
Designing the lead funnel and CRM management: You will design the entire lead funnel, from lead capture through CRM flows to the correct routing to the appropriate sellers.
Marketing and sales collateral: You develop content across the whole funnel (top–mid–bottom) and manage audience-specific materials such as flyers, one-pagers, landing pages, sales documents, and FAQs.
CRM marketing: You build strategic email nurturing flows that accompany and activate leads over the long term.
Reporting, analytics & testing: You monitor relevant marketing and sales KPIs for your lead channels, analyze open, click and response rates as well as appointment conversion rates.
Requirements
Experience in growth marketing: You have several years of experience in B2C or B2B lead growth, performance, or CRM marketing and ideally have already owned funnels end-to-end.
Funnel and process understanding: You understand the architecture of lead funnels from lead capture through qualification, CRM and routing to handover to sales.
CRM, email automation and content: You have experience with CRM systems and email automation. Segmentation, trigger flows, nurturing and reactivation are part of your daily work.
KPI affinity: You work analytically, track relevant KPIs, run continuous tests and derive learnings.
Hands-on mentality: You consolidate requirements, prioritize sensibly and align teams around common goals.
Communication: You have very good German skills (native or C1/C2 level) and can communicate confidently in both spoken and written form.
