About the role

  • Sales Manager for SaaS solutions at trafe GmbH, driving customer engagement and process digitization initiatives. Responsible for managing leads, client relations, and sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • You handle incoming leads and further develop them
  • You actively build new customer relationships through cold outreach & networking
  • You conduct product demos and provide tailored advice to prospects
  • You prepare proposals and support potential customers through to contract signing
  • You diligently record all activities in our CRM system

Requirements

  • Sales experience – ideally in a SaaS or IT environment
  • Passion for digital solutions and modern processes
  • Strong communication skills, results orientation, and a sense of personal responsibility
  • Structured working approach with a hands-on mentality
  • Very good German language skills (English skills are an advantage)
  • Experience with the CRM system "HubSpot"
  • Industry knowledge in rental or leasing (e.g., vehicles, machinery, equipment)
