About the role

  • Junior Sales Manager for B2B customer acquisition at hey contact heroes. Responsible for identifying potential clients and maintaining a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential target customers (B2B)
  • Actively contact decision-makers by phone, LinkedIn and email
  • Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline
  • Assist in preparing presentations and proposals
  • Document all activities in our CRM system
  • Participate in sales meetings and coordinate with marketing and project management
  • Prospectively: independently manage initial customer contacts

Requirements

  • Interest in B2B sales and new customer acquisition
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment in speaking with people
  • Initial experience in sales, telesales or customer service is an advantage
  • Independent and structured working style
  • Good German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Confident use of digital tools (CRM, LinkedIn, email)
