Responsibilities
- Serve as the sale leader, overseeing the Simplicity West division
- Lead and develop a regional sales team while ensuring alignment to company's strategy throughout Oregon
- Coach and develop the sales team to elevate performance and build bench strength
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Construction, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment
- Monitor local market conditions, competitive trends, and buyer behavior to inform strategy
- Lead business planning, forecasting, and performance reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of real estate sales or new home construction experience
- At least 2 years of leadership experience
- On-your-land builder experience with an understanding of buyer financing and regional permit processes preferred
- Proficiency with Windows-based computers and software, including Word, PDF Exchange, Excel, and Outlook and CRM systems
