Responsibilities
Customers contact you — no cold calling.
You are the first point of contact for our customers and support them with questions about our Vodafone products and services.
You resolve customer issues confidently and empathetically via various communication channels such as phone, SMS and email.
Through your outstanding support you help build strong customer loyalty and increase customer satisfaction.
Requirements

You are passionate about telecommunications and are skilled at promoting products.
You work independently and place high value on the quality of your work.
Excellent German language skills, spoken and written (C1 level).
Confident use of common PC applications is a matter of course for you.
