Responsibilities
You take inbound calls from customers (no cold selling!).
You assist with technical questions related to Internet & TV.
You persuade customers to stay with us (win‑back).
You advise on plans and appropriate solutions.
You document your calls and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Very good German skills (C1)
Enjoyment of communication and customer service
Inbound sales experience? Great — not required
Motivation, willingness to learn and target‑orientation
Confident use of PC & CRM systems
Calm, friendly and solution‑oriented approach — even during difficult conversations
