About the role

  • Kundenbetreuer answering customer calls and assisting with technical questions for Vodafone. Providing customer support while working in a hybrid environment in Berlin.

Responsibilities

  • You take inbound calls from customers (no cold selling!).
  • You assist with technical questions related to Internet & TV.
  • You persuade customers to stay with us (win‑back).
  • You advise on plans and appropriate solutions.
  • You document your calls and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Very good German skills (C1)
  • Enjoyment of communication and customer service
  • Inbound sales experience? Great — not required
  • Motivation, willingness to learn and target‑orientation
  • Confident use of PC & CRM systems
  • Calm, friendly and solution‑oriented approach — even during difficult conversations
