Responsibilities
You will independently manage our customers by phone and provide expert advice.
Preparing and pricing quotations as well as following up on and closing them are part of your responsibilities.
You handle incoming complaints and returns and ensure fast, customer-oriented resolutions.
You train specialist installers and tradespeople on our products in the heating and ventilation sector.
You independently create hydraulic schematics and carry out the design/sizing of underfloor heating and ventilation systems.
You cooperate transparently with colleagues in field sales and actively support them.
Requirements
Technical vocational training in plumbing, heating and ventilation (SHK) and relevant professional experience
Enthusiasm for coordinating complex orders and enjoyment of phone-based customer contact
