About the role

  • Customer Care Agent for Vodafone in Berlin assisting clients with service inquiries via phone. Handling technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

  • You handle inbound customer calls (no cold calling!).
  • You assist with technical questions about Internet and TV.
  • You persuade customers to stay with us (winback).
  • You advise on plans/tariffs and suitable solutions.
  • You document your calls and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Excellent German language skills (C1)
  • Enjoy communicating and providing service
  • Inbound sales experience? Great — not required
  • Motivated, willing to learn, and target-oriented
  • Confident user of PCs and CRM systems
  • Calm, friendly and solution-focused approach — even in difficult conversations
