About the role

  • Systemadministrator managing ACD systems with a focus on installation, operation, and support. Contributing to new technology implementations in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities

  • analyze, plan and prepare the deployment of new technologies
  • responsible for the installation of ACD systems (from development and design through assembly and commissioning)
  • take responsibility for operating the ACD systems (administration, maintenance and upkeep)
  • handle incident reports in 2nd-level support and coordinate 3rd-level support as needed

Requirements

  • Degree in information technology (university or technical college) or completed vocational training in information and communication technology
  • initial professional experience and knowledge in ACD technology, IT/data processing and network technology, plus programming and scripting languages
  • good German and good English skills (at least B2 level)
