Responsibilities
analyze, plan and prepare the deployment of new technologies
responsible for the installation of ACD systems (from development and design through assembly and commissioning)
take responsibility for operating the ACD systems (administration, maintenance and upkeep)
handle incident reports in 2nd-level support and coordinate 3rd-level support as needed
Requirements
Degree in information technology (university or technical college) or completed vocational training in information and communication technology
initial professional experience and knowledge in ACD technology, IT/data processing and network technology, plus programming and scripting languages
good German and good English skills (at least B2 level)
