About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for client growth in Bavaria for ALUXE GmbH. Managing relationships, acquiring new clients, and supporting trade events.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand the existing customer base in your region (specialist retailers, trades, DIY)
  • Build and maintain relationships with established distribution partners
  • New customer acquisition: expand the specialist retail network in your region
  • Develop initiatives to increase sales
  • Successfully implement ALUXE sales strategies and campaigns
  • Provide training to our specialist retailers (product, technical, and system training)
  • Represent our company at events and trade fairs
  • Support trade fair organization and participate in sales meetings

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • At least 3 years of experience in field sales
  • Experience in technical sales (building materials, conservatories) is an advantage but not required
  • Strong, goal-oriented drive
  • Confident, communicative personality with a professional presence
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to inspire customers through your personal presence and to build long-term relationships
  • Willingness to travel within your territory (approximately 4 out of 5 working days)
  • Valid driving license (Class B)
