About the role

  • Gebietsverkaufsleiter (m/w/d) handling sales in North and Central Germany for REDSUN. Developing client relationships and implementing sales strategies in the construction sector.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support the existing customer base in your region (specialist retailers) and develop and expand relationships and activities with established distribution partners
  • Acquire new customers in the specialist retail channel
  • Develop sales-optimizing measures
  • Successfully implement REDSUN's sales strategy and campaigns
  • Represent our company
  • Support trade show organization and attend sales meetings

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., in business administration)
  • At least 3 years of experience in field sales
  • Affinity for the construction industry
  • Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor
  • Strong commercial acumen and a business-oriented approach
  • Valid Class B driving license and willingness to travel
