About the role

  • Outside Sales role focusing on identifying and developing new business opportunities for agricultural equipment. Collaborating with internal teams to enhance services and products.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Qualify potential leads and distribute prospects to the sales team
  • Support marketing planning and strategy execution
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales teams

Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Technical knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
  • Comfortable using computers and digital tools
  • Willingness to travel 40-60% of the time
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
