About the role

  • Field Sales Manager role focused on showcasing a culinary marketplace to chefs and restaurant owners. Engaging in field visits, managing demos, and client relationships in Vilnius.

Responsibilities

  • You will be on-site, visiting restaurants and kitchens. Your task is to introduce chefs and owners to a marketplace that genuinely makes their lives easier
  • You will manage approximately 10–15 meetings per week, be responsible for follow-ups, and ensure no one is left waiting
  • You will plan your weekly schedule (with support if needed) and work toward meeting or exceeding targets
  • You will demo our application to chefs in their own environment, showing how Saltz makes ordering simple and reliable
  • You will use our CRM (don’t worry, we’ll teach you!) and other tools to document progress so the whole team can support you

Requirements

  • Whether you’ve run a kitchen, managed a bar, or worked as a concierge, you understand the fast-paced world of hospitality. Career changers are welcome! If you’ve completed sales internships or worked in part-time customer roles, that’s also a big plus
  • You’re excited to be out in the field, visiting kitchens and building personal relationships with chefs and managers
  • Excellent oral and written skills in Lithuanian and English
  • You’re comfortable having conversations. You know how to listen, solve problems, and confidently close the deal
  • Bonus: You speak additional languages fluently in addition to Lithuanian or English
