About the role
- HR Assistant supporting employee development and HRS. Responsible for managing HR tools and coordinating internal events.
Responsibilities
- Pflege, Weiterentwicklung und Administration unserer HR-Tools und Systeme (z. B. E-Learning-Plattformen, Reporting-Tools)
- Erstellung aussagekräftiger Auswertungen und Reports zu Maßnahmen und Projekten
- Unterstützung des Teams Personalentwicklung bei Terminplanung, Vorbereitung von Unterlagen oder Protokollführung
- Koordinierung und Begleitung von Aktionen und Events wie Azubi-Programmen, Diversity Days oder internen Veranstaltungen
- Erstellung von Präsentationen, Übersichten und Kommunikationsmaterialien in MS Office sowie für interne Kommunikationskanäle
- Organisation von Werbe- und Informationsmaterialien für interne Aktionen, Programme und Events
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Personal/HR, BWL, Pädagogik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im HR-Umfeld, besonders in der Personalentwicklung oder im Projekt- bzw. Veranstaltungsmanagement
- Sichere MS-Office-Kenntnisse, vor allem in PowerPoint und Excel
- Erfahrungen mit HR-Tools, Lernplattformen oder Reporting-Systemen sind ein Plus
- Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke, offene Art und Serviceorientierung zum Arbeiten mit verschiedenen Schnittstellen
- Kreativität zur Gestaltung von Präsentationen und Kommunikationsmaterialien
- Selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise mit Loom-Management
