About the role

  • Customer Success Manager role for DACH customers at RecruitNow, focusing on recruitment technology and customer success initiatives. Engaging customers through onboarding, implementation, and optimization processes.

Responsibilities

  • Help DACH customers succeed by turning recruitment technology into measurable business impact
  • Guide customers through structured onboarding and implementation projects
  • Manage a portfolio of customers in the DACH region
  • Drive product adoption, NPS and long-term retention
  • Proactively identify risks, opportunities and areas for optimization and scalability

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting or Account Management within a SaaS company or scale-up
  • Experience with recruitment software, HR tech or ATS platforms is a strong plus
  • Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills
  • Clear and effective communication skills (online, phone, email, presentations)
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Professional proficiency in German and English (spoken and written)
