Responsibilities
Help DACH customers succeed by turning recruitment technology into measurable business impact
Guide customers through structured onboarding and implementation projects
Manage a portfolio of customers in the DACH region
Drive product adoption, NPS and long-term retention
Proactively identify risks, opportunities and areas for optimization and scalability
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting or Account Management within a SaaS company or scale-up
Experience with recruitment software, HR tech or ATS platforms is a strong plus
Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills
Clear and effective communication skills (online, phone, email, presentations)
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
Professional proficiency in German and English (spoken and written)
