About the role

  • Werkstudent in Repair Administration & Customer Success at RIEDEL Communications. Responsible for customer repair data entry and communication with clients in German and English.

Responsibilities

  • You record order data for customer repairs in SAP.
  • You handle written communication with customers in German and English.
  • You perform operational tasks related to repair processing and Customer Success.
  • You are responsible for following up on clarification cases.
  • You document processes and generate reports and analyses.

Requirements

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable degree program
  • Conscientious work approach and customer-friendly manner
  • Strong service orientation and a team-player mentality
  • Affinity for technical products is an advantage
  • Confident user of common MS Office applications
  • Good German language skills (written and spoken); English skills are desirable.
