Responsibilities
Achieve Net Revenue, Gross Margin & Net Working Capital targets for the account portfolio
Deliver Market Share growth by achieving account Digital Shelf & 4P targets (Product, Placement, Price & Promotion)
Provide challenge within a Category Business Team from an eCommerce and Amazon perspective
Develop multi-level relationships within the account
Manage the Amazon 1P3P ePOS ‘formula’ for Intimate Wellness and Self-Care brands
Own the Amazon 1P3P execution for these brands including ASIN prioritisation, eventing strategy/execution, assortment, Pack / Price / PDP setup and terms negotiations
Own the total P&L of the portfolio, including accurate phasing/forecasting
Manage the commercial relationship with 3rd Party Amazon seller(s) across all Reckitt brands
Work jointly with the Consumer Engagement / Retail Media teams for maximum impact results
Lead and develop a team of talented multi-disciplinary individuals
Requirements
Educated to a high standard
Major account experience in FMCG sales
Hands-on eCommerce expertise driving sales and execution on Amazon or comparable large marketplaces
Strategic thinker with confidence to develop and deliver account strategy in an eCommerce environment
Ability to build effective relationships internally and externally
Proven track record of P&L management, budget delivery and growth momentum
Financial and commercial acumen, analytical and creative
Capable of operating at all levels
