Responsibilities
Define digital strategies and recommend ways to use digital channels
Plan, create, manage, and optimize campaigns across various channels
Ensure global best practices are implemented in campaigns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute test and learn plans
Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights
Present results to stakeholders and lead campaign performance meetings
Educate teams on digital best practices
Requirements
Min. 3 years of in-platform experience in paid social, programmatic, or search campaigns
Strong understanding of programmatic DSPs (DV360, TTD, Amazon, e-retailer DSPs etc), Social (Meta, TikTok etc), Search (Google ads, Bing ads)
Strong understanding of other tech platforms such as CM360, DoubleVerify, GA4
Experience in stakeholder management with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
A desire to grow knowledge of digital marketing platforms
Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers
Experience in managing teams and leading by example
Fluent in English.
